Meet Tony, Owner & Craftsman

Tony's path to Connected Craftsman didn't start in a classroom — it started with a genuine interest in technology and a lifetime spent around tools, home repairs, and the kind of hands-on projects most homeowners eventually run into. Years of DIY work on his own home, and helping friends and family tackle theirs, built a real, practical skill set long before Connected Craftsman became a business. That personal interest in tech is also what pulled him toward smart home work specifically — pairing traditional handyman know-how with the locks, cameras, thermostats, and doorbells homeowners are increasingly adding to their houses. Connected Craftsman launched as a professional venture in 2026, bringing that experience to Downingtown and Chester County homeowners as a licensed, insured business (PA HIC #PA212487) — but the craftsmanship behind it was built over a lifetime, not a single season.

What We Do

We handle the repairs, upgrades, and maintenance that keep a home running — carpentry, drywall, doors and windows, fixtures, and seasonal weatherproofing — and we install the smart technology that makes it run smarter, from video doorbells and smart locks to thermostats, cameras, and mesh Wi-Fi. One call covers both: the fix and the tech, done by the same person, on the same visit. We work with homeowners, property managers, and realtors throughout Chester County, PA.
