What's involved

• photos of what was done, so you have something to send the owner
• realtor punch lists ahead of a settlement date

Cost

Turnovers are quoted against the list as one visit rather than item by item, because the travel and setup cost is the same whether the list is three items or fifteen. Send the punch list and we price the visit. Anything we open up and find behind a wall is raised with you before it is done.
