If it is still wet, or there is active mold, that is a remediation company and we will tell you so on the phone rather than come out. What we do is putting the room back afterwards — properly, and in a way that is cheaper to redo if it ever happens again.

Cost

Priced in two stages, because quoting a rebuild before the wall is open is guesswork. Drying and removal of what is wet comes first; the rebuild is quoted once we can see what the water actually reached. Insurance documentation is provided if you are making a claim.
